When I get really depressed I hardly eat on purpose. It is sick. It makes me feel like I have control over something. I just wish I could deal with things in a healthy way.

If you don't think you can do it on your own, I highly reccomend talking in a therapy/support group or to a therapist about healthy alternatives.
What I always do when I feel like not eating, is remind myself that in order to be happy my body has to be happy first.
Then try doing something you love, like a hobby of some sort, or go for a really long walk, take a bubble bath, etc.
Get your mind off things.
